Shipping Options

Matcha Matcha offers free standard shipping for orders over $25.00. For all orders, Matcha Matcha offers several different shipping rates. We offer flat rate standard shipping (4 – 7 business days), expedited (2 – 3 business days) and priority (1 – 3 business days). Shipping prices will vary depending on the shipping option selected. Matcha Matcha ships anywhere in the US.

Returns and Refunds

Matcha Matcha offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, contact our customer service department about returning your product for a full refund. Please note that our return policy is only valid 30 days after the item was delivered and you will need proof of purchase to complete your return.

Once we’ve received your return, our team will inspect it and send you a notification email acknowledging we’ve received your items. We will also notify you whether your return was approved. If so, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your method of payment.

Exchanges

Matcha Matcha will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for us to receive your item and send your exchanged product will vary depending on location.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service when shipping back the product. We are not responsible for return items lost or never received by our shipping department.
